At Kave Home Korea, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the furniture or decor is placed back in its original packaging with all assembly tools, manuals, and protective materials included.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the pickup of large furniture items or provide a shipping label for smaller decor.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus applicable shipping fees.
